Elmer (Biff) F. Dreier passed away in Venice on May 7, 2006 he was 76 years old.

Born August 3, 1929 in Cincinnati, OH. He was Vice President of the Nelson Stark Company in Cincinnati until retiring to Venice six years ago.
He was a thirty year member of the U.S. Power Squadron and served twice as the National Rear Commodore. He was a local and district Commander for the Cincinnati Power Squadron and was twice Commodore of the Ohio River Launch Club. He was National Captain of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. A member of the Venice Corvette Club and a board member of the Venice Yacht Club. He was a member of the Westwood United Methodist Church in Cincinnati and Christ United Methodist Church in Venice.

He is survived by his wife Martha Lee; son Dan (Debbie) Dreier of Cincinnati; two daughters, Diane L. Hardesty of Mt. Olivet, KY and Nancy Lee Hendricks of Sarasota; a sister Elsa Daria of Cincinnati; sister-in-law Nancye C. Barnum of Milwaukee, WI; three granddaughters, Jennifer L. and Jessica M. Dreier both of Cincinnati and Samantha L. Hendricks of Sarasota; grandson Kyle T. Hendricks of Sarasota.

Memorial Services will be held 11 AM on Thursday May 11, 2006 at the Christ United Methodist Church, 1475 Center Road Venice, FL 34292.

Memorial donations may be made to H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute Foundation, Thoracic Division, 12902 Magnolia Drive Tampa, FL 33612.
